Overview

Job Title: Digital Marketing & Brand Executive

Location: Portsmouth & surrounding areas

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Salary: £27,000-£35,000 (depending on experience)

We're on the hunt for a digitally switched-on, creatively driven marketer to take charge of our paid media, social content, and ambassador programme. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, know how to balance B2B and B2C strategies, and can blend performance marketing with compelling brand storytelling, this could be the perfect role for you.

You'll play a key part in driving online growth, boosting community engagement, and ensuring our brand looks and feels consistent across every campaign.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Oversee content calendars for both organic and paid social media
  • Run our ambassador programme: from outreach and onboarding to content briefing and relationship management
  • Build and activate UGC strategies across digital channels
  • Support website updates, new product launches, and wider campaign rollouts
  • Collaborate with teams on catalogue, packaging, and campaign materials
  • Create light design work using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics
What We're Looking For
  • 2-4 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within a product-focused B2B/B2C setting
  • Proven success in paid media and social media management
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to brief visual content effectively
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Shopify, and CRM/email platforms
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Bonus: experience working with creators or influencers
