Experience
  • 6+ years working in digital, with specialist experience within at least two channels of PPC, programmatic display and social
  • Proven experience of utilising diverse data sources to accelerate digital performance
  • Communication skills are critical in this role; ability to construct logical and persuasive recommendations
  • Collaborative approach with internal teams, media owner partners, and key senior clients
Skills
  • Very strong understanding and knowledge of platforms in the social, programmatic and search landscape
  • Understanding the unique value each digital platform can bring to the media mix
  • Understand the importance of website and user journey in the wider media planning process
  • Familiar with advanced attribution and measurement solutions to shape development of media planning & delivery output
  • Comfortable with 01st, 2nd & 3rd party data knowledge, understanding & application
