A community health organization in Welwyn Garden City is seeking 2 Digital First Project Managers to lead the implementation of strategic digital projects. Ideal candidates will have excellent project management experience, strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to deliver successful projects. Responsibilities include developing project documentation and maintaining project plans. This role offers flexible working options and aims to improve overall health community service delivery.
A rare opportunity has arisen for 2 x Digital First Project Managers (Band 7) to join the Digital First team. The roles will be required to project manage the successful implementation of a range of strategic digital projects across all relevant Business Units/Directorates in Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust (HCT).
We are looking for 2 individuals who are motivated, have excellent organisational skills with previous experience of project management & a track record of delivering successful projects. The candidates will be required to have a keen eye for detail, have the ability to work within a robust project methodology framework and monitor progress across all work streams associated with digital projects. The candidates will also be required to ensure that all project benefits are achieved, in conjunction with the Senior Project Manager/Project Sponsor/Subject Matter Expert (SME).
