This specific role sits within our Europe, UK and MEA Platform and Data Services (PDS) team, which is a key part of our Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) function within the Services group. The Europe, UK and MEA Onboarding Product team is responsible for implementing our global digital strategy across 50 markets in the region, supporting client onboarding across TTS business lines. This strategy involves transforming our operating and engagement model through self-service and digitized capabilities. This role will be primarily focused on enhancing the end-to-end Account Opening & Account Maintenance experience for Citi's Institutional clients, simplifying documentation, digitizing execution, and right-placing requirements.
