Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Content Executive & Design Specialist to manage . The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising content across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and project management expertise to drive successful marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Create high-quality written content including articles, blog posts, social media updates, and email marketing campaigns.
- Manage the company\'s website using WordPress, ensuring all content is optimised for SEO best practices.
- Utilise Google Analytics to analyse website performance and user behaviour, making data-driven decisions to improve content effectiveness.
- Oversee social media management, crafting engaging posts and monitoring audience interactions across platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging in B2B marketing efforts.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility.
- Use Adobe Photoshop and or Canva for basic graphic design tasks related to content creation.
- Prepare reports on content performance using Microsoft Excel and present findings using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Lead projects from conception through execution while managing timelines and resources effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead projects and teams effectively.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools for optimising web content.
- Excellent project management abilities to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop and creative suite for creating visual content.
- Experience with WordPress for website management and content updates.
- Knowledge of Google Ads for paid marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills to assess content performance metrics using Google Analytics.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in written communication.
- Experience in social media management across various platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, essential for effective collaboration.
- Understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Time management skills that ensure deadlines are consistently met while maintaining quality standards.
This is a full time position, competitive salary of £35,000- £40,000 per annum, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Full time office based role. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person
