Digital Content Editor, Web Content Team – Marketing, Marketing, Global Recruitment and Admissions
Newcastle University is embarking on an exciting curriculum transformation as part of our Education Strategy 2030+. Through our new Leading Edge Curriculum Framework, we’re reviewing the shape, design, content and delivery of all programmes to ensure our students gain the knowledge, skills and experiences they need to thrive academically, professionally and personally.
Our redesigned programmes will place real-world learning at their core—creating opportunities for students to engage with research, industry, practice and society throughout their studies. To support this ambition, we’re looking for a passionate Digital Content Editor to join our established and growing team and help deliver our digital vision.
Our web estate is a vital channel for communicating with a wide range of audiences. As a Digital Content Editor, you will plan, create and refine clear, engaging and optimised digital content that supports both strategic objectives and user needs. You’ll play an important role in improving how content is structured, presented and maintained across our sites, while helping to embed best practice throughout the web design process.
You’ll join the Web Content Team, part of Newcastle University’s Marketing Team within the Marketing, Global Recruitment and Admissions Directorate. We are a comprehensive, world-class marketing team dedicated to supporting our partners, academics and students.
