Digital Construction Coordinator - Tier 1

Great opportunity to step up and grow into a senior BIM coordinator role with one of the best, digitally committed, tier 1 contractors. We are looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator with the ambition to lead best practice digital project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to digital project delivery in a senior BIM coordination capacity.
  • Apply and advocate best practices in information management aligned with ISO 19650.
  • Coordinate BIM processes and workflows across project teams; support information interoperability using openBIM standards.
  • Utilise appropriate software tools to view, interrogate, and interpret BIM models.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project handover and facility management readiness (where applicable).
Qualifications
  • Must Have: Good understanding of the ISO 19650 series; some knowledge and understanding of Solibri.
  • Ability to discuss openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie to support information interoperability.
  • Understanding and experience of software tools used to view and interrogate models.
  • Good level of facilities management (FM) knowledge and strong initiative.
Nice to Have Experience (but Not Essential)
  • COBie delivery.
  • On-site project BIM project delivery.
  • Project handover.
Salary and Location
  • Up to £44k + travel
  • Locations: London, Chelmsford, Cambridge
