What You’ll Do as Digital Artworker

We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver digital assets for Primark.com across multiple regions and languages, supporting the design and content teams from concept to execution.
  • Adapt campaign imagery into engaging formats, including art working, cropping, GIFs, and typography overlays.
  • Create dynamic, trend-driven content using User Generated Content and viral moments to enhance engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all assets while contributing to the evolution of Primark’s digital aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Marketing teams to maintain creative alignment and propose innovative ideas and workflow improvements.
  • Utilize AI tools and DAM systems to streamline workflows, organize assets, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Art & Design, Graphic Design, or related field with proven experience in digital artwork or creative production roles.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in Figma for design workflows.
  • Strong artworking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work confidently within brand guidelines while contributing to their evolution.
  • Knowledge of digital content trends across social and editorial channels, plus familiarity with retail priorities and data-informed design decisions.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management systems, CMS platforms, and motion/video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Creative, organized, and collaborative mindset with excellent time management, communication skills, and adaptability under pressures.
