A well-established defence company in the UK is seeking a High Speed Digital and Hardware Design Lead to oversee the electronics design and development of critical hardware solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in high-speed digital electronics, familiarity with MPSoC FPGA, and proficiency in programming languages like VHDL or C. This role requires collaboration across various engineering teams and offers a competitive salary with bonuses, onsite meals, and a hybrid working model.
Salary: Circa £58,000–£65,000 plus annual bonuses
Locations: Stevenage or Bristol (relocation package available)
Hybrid working: 3-4 days per week on-site
