The Role

  • Managing day-to-day client relationships, acting as their go-to contact.
  • Working with internal teams (creative, digital, development) to deliver projects on time, on brief, and on budget.
  • Interpreting campaign results and reports, turning them into insights and recommendations.
  • Supporting on budgets, forecasts, and project timelines.
  • Spotting opportunities to add value and grow accounts.
You
  • 12–18 months agency experience.
  • Confident communicator, able to build strong client relationships.
  • Organised, efficient and proactive.
  • Commercially minded, with some experience of budgets and reporting.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns (enough to talk strategy, not execution).
What’s in it for you
  • Real progression opportunities, they love developing talent from within.
  • Great benefits package (details shared on application).
  • A collaborative, supportive team.
  • The chance to grow with a successful agency making an impact for big B2B brands.
