Qualifications

• Experience with global accessibility standards and assistive technologies.
• Strong technical skills in web technologies for accessibility.
• Experience leading accessibility projects in organizations.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test strategies for validation.
• Develop and implement test plans for software functionality.
• Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Analyze requirements and contribute to acceptance criteria.

Skills

Deep expertise in global accessibility standards (WCAG, EN 301 549)

Proven leadership in enterprise-scale accessibility programmes

Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ARIA

Professional certifications (IAAP CPACC, WAS, CPWA, DHS Trusted Tester)

Experience with accessibility automation, monitoring

Knowledge of Agile delivery
