Overview

We are seeking skilled and reliable Dumper Drivers to join our team for a minimum of 6 weeks in Tilbury, with the potential for an extended contract based on performance. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced operators to contribute to a dynamic project while showcasing their expertise in forward tipping dumper operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forward tipping dumper safely and efficiently on-site.
• Assist with general site duties when not operating the dumper.
• Perform end-of-day cleaning and maintenance of the plant, including a 30-minute cleaning session before the close of each shift.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and site protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth site operations.

Qualifications

• CPCS certification is preferred; however, NPORS certification will also be considered.
• Proven experience operating a forward tipping dumper.
• Strong understanding of site safety and operational protocols.
• Ability to work collaboratively and assist with additional tasks as required.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Day-to-Day

• Work a 9.5-hour paid shift, operating the forward tipping dumper for the majority of the day.
• Dedicate the last 30 minutes of the shift to cleaning and maintaining the plant.
• Support the team with other site duties when not actively operating the dumper.
• Maintain a professional and safety-conscious approach throughout the day.
