We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join the Salford Integrated Diabetes Team as a Diabetes Health Adviser.
The purpose of this role is to work as part of the Diabetes Team, under the guidance of the specialists to provide structured education to patients with Type 2 Diabetes, promoting self‑management and education regarding the management of type 2 diabetes and supporting those patients with type 2 diabetes who are new to insulin, as well as being integral to the development of the type 2 diabetes education service.
This is a patient‑facing role and is suitable for someone who enjoys educating and caring for people. The candidate will be provided with support and training.
The successful candidate will be required to work at various locations within Salford, therefore a driving qualification is recommended.
