We have a mature and progressive approach to software engineering and working with technology in general. We embrace principles and processes that help us deliver quality software, including automated testing, automated deployment and support. Our ways of working are always evolving; if something's not working, we change it. The key to our work is our colleagues, whose shared commitment enables us to have an ever‑greater impact. We are a united, vibrant, and respectful global community of people, and we ensure that every individual is recognized, listened to, and cared for. And because our impact is amplified when our people are empowered, we give everyone the opportunity to develop in their own way. Whether you want a career that's linear, or want to follow your own path, we'll support you and help give you the resources and training you'll need to be bold and take ownership of what you do.

We are recruiting for a DevOps Engineer to join our Assessment API team. This key role is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and evolution of our critical AWS‑based infrastructure. You will be instrumental in driving reliability, scalability, and efficiency for our English language assessment APIs and the products and services they enable.

We're looking for an enthusiastic DevOps Engineer or someone in a similar software infrastructure‑focused role. While experience with some of our specific technologies would be ideal, your potential, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn are most important. We value strong problem‑solving skills, great communication, and the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment.

We will support you to be at your best in work and to live well outside of it.
