A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Engineer to join their Leicester division. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality housing projects, providing engineering support, managing technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Their Leicester division is expanding, and looking for a talented Engineer to join the team and help shape the future of residential construction in the region.
As an Engineer with our client, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality housing projects from conception through to completion. You’ll work closely with our design, construction, and commercial teams to ensure developments are technically sound, cost-effective, and compliant with all relevant regulations.
Provide engineering support across multiple housing developments.
Prepare, review, and manage technical drawings, site layouts, and infrastructure designs.
Liaise with local authorities, utility providers, and consultants to secure approvals.
Oversee site investigations, drainage, highways, and structural requirements.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Support project teams with problem-solving and technical expertise.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Experienced in residential or commercial construction projects.
Skilled in CAD and other engineering software.
Knowledgeable about UK building regulations, highways, and drainage design.
A strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
