This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, diverse, and dynamic team with a start-up mindset in an established investment manager. We are looking for a keen developer who wants to help drive and shape the future technology direction and contribute to the success of the company. You’ll be a self-starter with a passion for technology, who enjoys working in a true agile environment and who wants to actively contribute and move the company’s technology stack forward on a daily basis. This is also your chance to work with industry veterans who are keen on mentoring and training. All team members are actively involved in directly supporting the business, with close and daily contact with Trading, Risk, Marketing and Middle Office teams.

We are looking to hire several developers as we grow our team.

About the Team

We are responsible for developing both in-house and third‑party systems that support and manage our trading operations. Our team provides solutions across various business functions; handling bookings, valuations, risk management, and P&L systems and workflows. We work closely with trading, risk, marketing, operations, and compliance teams, interfacing with every area of the business.

Our technology stack primarily includes .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server, but we welcome applicants with experience in other languages, as we provide appropriate training to support skill development.

Candidate Requirements

• Have 1+ years of experience of developing in an OOP language (C#, python, etc).
• Be pragmatic and flexible in their approach.
• Be an analytical and logical problem solver.
• Be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be genuinely interested in the challenges of working in a dynamic trading environment.
• Be part of a support rota that all members of the team, including management, actively participate in.

Advantageous Skills

• DevOps - knowledge of containers, CI and CD, test‑first development, and cloud.
• Exposure to micro‑services and / or micro front‑end architectures.
