Overview

Shift Time: 9pm to 5:30am (Shift times may vary)

Pay Rate: £14.30 Per Hour

What you'll be doing

Lead the team to ensure thatthey pick and despatchthe required products that can be delivered to ourcustomers and distribution centres in a timely manner, consistently operating efficiently thus ensuring the quality and safety of food goods and compliance with legislative and group standards.

What we’re looking for

Being great with people is essential. In fact, this is the first thing we look for when we recruit a Greencore Colleague You will need to be able to be self-motivated and flexible, be able to use your own initiative and a good communicator at all levels. Experience of leading a team, and of working within or managing a picking operation would be an advantage.

• Sunday Night availability is crucial
