We are seeking two PC Migration Engineers to assist with site migrations at a high‑regulated location in Cheltenham. The role involves providing break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, ensuring a smooth transition during migrations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Re‑image devices and reinstall / configure applications as needed.
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise applications.
  • Coordinate with third‑party vendors for escalations and hardware replacements.
  • Document issues and resolutions in the IT service management system, such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in desktop support and PC migration.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS troubleshooting.
  • Ability to re‑image devices and configure applications.
  • Familiarity with IT service management systems like ServiceNow or Remedy.
