Qualifications

• Currently (or previously) in a senior safeguarding role.
• Understanding of safeguarding processes and how to raise concerns.
• Formal Safeguarding training, relevant Level 4 qualifications.
• Experience in dealing with challenging situations sensitively.

Responsibilities

• Champion safeguarding across the Foundation and The Nest.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safeguarding regulations.
• Conduct duties as the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
• Provide expert advice and decision-making support.
