Qualifications

• Solid experience as an Account Manager or Project Manager, ideally within a design consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the delivery of projects on time, within budget and to scope.
• Supporting the management of client relationships and helping identify opportunities for account development.
• Helping build and develop scope and fee proposals.
• Contributing to financial reporting, tracking budgets and project performance.
• Organising and maintaining project dashboards and documentation.
• Supporting internal project check-ins, reviewing resource needs and forecasting.
• Assisting the Business Development team with proposals, bids and presentations.
• Working closely with the Commercial Director on revenue forecasting and commercial insights.
