Overview

Design & Sales Consultant (Showroom-based). Opportunities in our Chelsea, Guildford & Royal Tunbridge Wells Showrooms.

Responsibilities
  • Client consultations (both trade and retail) in our showrooms
  • Guiding clients through the design process from start to finish
  • Design work and briefing a design assistant who will support you in producing shop drawings
  • Producing quotes
  • Site visits/surveys
  • Appropriate follow up with clients by phone and email
  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients
  • Keeping showroom displays looking beautiful
  • Working a 5-day week including Saturday work
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years luxury retail or luxury interior design experience
  • A passion for interiors that you can share with your clients
  • A good track record for selling and ability to negotiate with clients
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Confidence in communicating both with the team and with clients
