Job description

As Design Process & Planning Admin Assistant, you will support the delivery of the CEO’s product vision, contributing to everything from data analysis to consumer research and be accountable for operational tasks such as systemic data management (PLM), sample management and other administrative duties that support the smooth running of the department. In this agile, fast-paced environment, you’ll work cross-functionally to share product knowledge, playing a vital role in ensuring the product strategy is successfully executed.

You Will

• Manage the PLM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information from concept to launch
• Own sample management and meeting preparation for all sign-offs and product reviews
• Manage the day-to-day administration tasks to ensure our critical path deadlines are met and processes run at a timely manner
• Help support in the creation of the global product range plan and range overviews, which translates the product strategy into a clear, actionable plan for the business
• Act as a key product link across all business functions inc Merchandising, Ecom, Wholesale, VM, and Marketing
