A leading fashion brand is seeking a Design Process & Planning Admin Assistant to support the CEO's product vision. In this role, you will manage the PLM system, oversee sample management, and ensure administrative tasks are executed timely. Ideal candidates will be flexible, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Excel and PLM systems is critical. The position is based in Cheltenham, UK, and offers a range of employee benefits.
As Design Process & Planning Admin Assistant, you will support the delivery of the CEO’s product vision, contributing to everything from data analysis to consumer research and be accountable for operational tasks such as systemic data management (PLM), sample management and other administrative duties that support the smooth running of the department. In this agile, fast-paced environment, you’ll work cross-functionally to share product knowledge, playing a vital role in ensuring the product strategy is successfully executed.
