Overview

BMSL Groups are recruiting on behalf of a reputable construction contractor based in South Wales.

Our client are requireing a design manager to join their established project team.

There is already a strong pipeline of works and are looking to grow the team for future success.

You will need to have the relevant experience and credentials to be considered for the Design Manager role.

Construction / Building services background is a must

Responsibilities

• Experience end to end in managing design from concept to handover.
• First degree in Building Services / Architecture Discipline / Other appropriate construction related qualification plus design related experience.
• Sector specialism as well as deep and broad experience managing the design of construction or building services projects.

Compensation

Salary is negotiable but guarenteed to be in line or exeed the market requirement.
