Design Manager – Main Contractor

Location: Oxford
Salary: Upto £90,000

A growing main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to take ownership of the design coordination across their projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved from pre-construction through to delivery, working closely with clients, consultants and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing design development from tender through to construction

Coordinating design information between architects, consultants, and the project team

Attending meetings with clients and consultants

*

Ensuring compliance with building regulations and technical standards

Identifying design risks and resolving design issues

Requirements:

Experience as a Design Manager or Design Coordinator in main contracting
