Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Design Manager to work on our project at Heathrow Airport. You will be responsible for managing the design aspects of tenders and current projects.

• The successful candidate will have experience of working for a main contractor on construction projects, ideally finished to a high standard
• Knowledge of Design & Engineering Procedures
• Have a solid understanding of design processes, CAD systems, drawings and models
• HND/HNC/Degree or equivalent
• Membership of relevant Professional Institute i.e. CIOB
• Ability to lead and provide a professional, comprehensive and sustainable design service for the Client at Bid/Delivery stage
• Experience on both single stage tenders and preferred terms work procurement routes
• Experience on bidding and winning work
