  • Communicating with clients, establishing relationships and advising on solutions.
  • Completing site surveys and taking basic measurements.
  • Working with the sales administration team to provide costed proposals.
  • Selecting graphics and presenting completed designs to clients.
  • Liaising with clients and the product design team ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Managing and ensuring quality records of completed projects.
  • Maintaining internal logs and databases.

Are you a dynamic individual with Technical Sales experience? Do you thrive in a customer-based environment? Do you have a technical mindset with an understanding of design/manufacturing processes? If so this could be the role for you.

Our client, an industry leading design and manufacturing company, is looking for a Design and Sales Consultant to work within their Design Team. In this pivotal role you will play a key role in supporting clients through every aspect of the sales, design and installation process and ensure they receive excellence in products and service.

Responsibilities
  • Communicating with clients, establishing relationships and advising on solutions.
  • Completing site surveys and taking basic measurements.
  • Working with the sales administration team to provide costed proposals.
  • Selecting graphics and presenting completed designs to clients.
  • Liaising with clients and the product design team ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Managing and ensuring quality records of completed projects (photos, drawings, etc).
  • Maintaining internal logs and databases.

This would be an ideal role for a technical sales professional looking to expand their scope or a design graduate with customer-facing sales experience looking to start their career.

The role is office-based, Monday‑Friday, core hours are 9am‑5pm. Applicants with access to a vehicle will be at a distinct advantage as you will need to attend client sites across London and the South East to complete surveys, but many are accessible via public transport.

In return you will receive training in a truly unique sector and the ability to earn £5,000-£10,000 in commission on top of your basic salary.
