Overview

We have an exciting opportunity in Dermatology to become part of the medical secretary team based at William Harvey Hospital. This is a medical secretary post, supporting clinicians with clinics, typing and PTL work to help the Dermatology team achieve national and local targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day medical secretary administration for the Dermatology Team.
• Support the patient pathway from the decision to treat electively to the date of admission, including completing clinics typing within trust targets.
• Support other administrative roles as required.
• Patient pathway validation, booking of appointments, chasing results and PTL management.
