Our Care and Support Team (CAST) is looking for a passionate and dedicated Deputy Team Manager to join our amazing team and help make a difference today.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within our specialist mental health service, providing assessment, intervention, and support for adults with complex needs.
As Deputy Team Manager, you'll work closely with the Team Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality, strengths-based and person-centred care. You'll provide supervision, professional guidance, and leadership to social workers and assistant practitioners, while also maintaining a small, complex caseload.
