The Adult Mental Health Team (AMHT) are looking for a new Deputy Team Manager and Clinical Lead based in Banbury. This is a crucial role providing clinical leadership, managerial and supervision and working as a role model, within a supportive, close knit multi-disciplinary team. Long term there is possible progression, and training & development will be provided for the successful candidate.

The team actively promotes a multi-disciplinary approach to the care of our patients.
The team is made up of qualified professionals from both health and social care backgrounds, including psychiatrists, psychologists, community psychiatric nurses, social workers or occupational therapists, as well as a dedicated administrative support function. We are also part of a University teaching hospital and students may sometimes accompany professionals at appointments.
