A support services provider in the UK is looking for a Deputy Service Manager for an interim position of 6 months. The role focuses on supporting individuals with learning disabilities and mental health challenges. Candidates should have experience in supported living, be developing leaders, and be ready to take on managerial responsibilities. The position is structured to offer essential leadership and ensures person-centered care for service users. A competitive salary of £25,600 is offered for a 37.5 hour work week.
We are Eden Futures, and we deliver exceptional support services for people aged 18 and over who have learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health and associated complex needs. We have an opportunity for a developing leader who wishes to take their next steps into management and become a Deputy Service Manager within our Supported Living Services, where our team supports individuals in their own homes as well as out in the community, helping them to live as independently as possible. The Deputy Service Manager will be released from shift to carry out the role for 2‑3 shifts per week. Roles are paid an annual salary of £25,600, based on a 37.5 hour working week. The salary shown is as a per annum equivalent for illustrative purposes only. Successful candidates will be required to have an Enhanced DBS check prior to commencing employment.
