What we're looking for:

• Someone who has a genuine passion for working with young children.
• A caring, motivated, and reliable individual who is committed to supporting children's development.
• Experience or understanding of multi-agency working to support families holistically.
• Will hold a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification ideally be working towards a level 4 leadership and management qualification as set out in the Social Care Wales qualification Framework for Flying Start.
