We are currently seeking a highly motivatedand experienced individual to join our team as a DeputyRegistration Manager at Neath Port Talbot Register Office.
As a Deputy Registration Manager, you willsupport the Superintendent Registrar and assist with leadershipand supervision of the registration team.
Your daily routine will include supportingthe Superintendent Registrar in the overall management of thelocal Registration Service for births, deaths, andmarriages.
Supervise and provide day-to-day guidance to RegistrationOfficers, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of theregister office.
Oversee the delivery of statutory registration services,maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and councilpolicies.
Supervise on complex or sensitive cases, providing expert adviceand support to staff and the public. Processing card payments andassisting with coordinating all bookings and ceremonies.
Deputise for the Superintendent Registraras required, including representing the service at meetings andevents.
Ensure high standards of customer serviceand professionalism across the team.
Do you have:
Experience working within acustomer-focused environment
Experience of supporting, motivating andsupervising a team.
Degree level or Equivalentqualifications
