A leading UK property management firm is seeking a proactive Deputy Property Manager to support their Property Management Team. This role involves both administrative and on-site management for a portfolio of residential blocks. Ideal candidates will have previous property management experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer service. Pinnacle Group are looking for a proactive Deputy Property Manager to provide day to day support for our Property Management Team. This is a varied role that combines the administrative duties with on-site property management for a large portfolio comprising 23 residential blocks at Trinity Walk for a mixed tenure of social housing and private leaseholders. In the role you will assist with supporting with activities involving block management, service charges and resident engagement.
You will be joining our Homes team who serves communities by providing trusted housing management solutions. We take a collaborative and commercially minded, yet socially principled approach across our portfolio of Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organised and confident in handling a wide range of housing management and administrative tasks. They will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service ethos, and the ability to work independently.
This is a full-time role with the working hours of Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM and offers a hybrid working pattern of 2 days on site at Trinity Walk.
