A leading children's care provider is seeking a Deputy Pastoral Manager to lead a team in supporting young individuals with complex emotional and behavioral needs. You will develop personalized programs and work closely with families, particularly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Social, Emotional and Mental Health challenges. Candidates should have significant experience and relevant qualifications, including NVQ Level 3 in Care. A supportive working environment along with excellent benefits is offered.

As a Deputy Pastoral Manager you’ll lead your team to meet young peoples’ emotional needs. You’ll work with families and develop individualized programs, applying high care standards to support children with challenging complex emotional and behavioural needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Social, Emotional and Mental Health, and other behavioural difficulties.
With experience working with young people with BESD or ASD in a school or care setting you will understand developmental needs and pastoral care. A good listener who can motivate and inspire, combined with flexibility, strong organisation, and team management skills, will make you an asset to Witherslack Group.
Since joining Witherslack Group in 2022, Bramley Hill School is an independent specialist day school in Surrey, recently rated Good by Ofsted. The school serves pupils with a primary diagnosis of autism and additional needs such as PDA, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory issues and associated behavioural difficulties.
