We are working with a nursery in the BH16 area of Dorset who are looking for a Deputy Manager to join their team. The nursery is seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager who loves what they do and can support the staff as well as work as part of the management team.

The nursery values a passion for outdoor learning and is looking for someone who can lead staff in outdoor activities and adventures for the children.

As Deputy Manager, you will work directly with children and support the manager in the daily running of the setting.

Requirements:

• A Level 3 or above childcare qualification
• Experience in Early Years
• Experience leading and motivating a team
• A love of working with Early Years children
• Passion for outdoor learning

This is a full-time role, 35-40 hours per week, with a salary of £13.15-£14.47 per hour.
