Deputy Nursery Manager

Dovedale Nursery are looking for a Deputy Nursery Manager who has enthusiasm, and a passion to work with and support staff as well as children between the ages of 4 - 11 years.

You will be responsible for supporting the Nursery Manager and providing cover during the Manager's absence. This will include mentoring and supporting Nursery and Out of School staff. You will be expected to support the Manager carrying our supervisions and reviewing with Room Leaders if nursery rooms to ensure all rooms remain Ofsted compliant. This will include supporting staff to ensure they can provide a stimulating and caring environment which reflects the current interests, needs and ages of the children in their room.

Hours & Salary

Hours will be based on a shift pattern working hours between 7 am and 6 pm.

Starting salary will be dependent on qualifications, skills and experience.
