A new childcare provider in England is looking for a Deputy Manager (SENDCo) to ensure quality care and compliance with educational standards. The role involves leading a team, focusing on children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), and fostering an inclusive environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in childcare and a passion for helping children thrive.
Our Story
Little Giraffes was born from one simple idea: to offer children the highest quality childcare through a bespoke holistic approach that sets new standards in the sector. Driven by a passion to give children the best possible start in life, Lance envisioned a space where inclusivity, learning, innovation, and quality were not just encouraged—they were at the very heart of everything.
Recognising that the right team is the key to success, Lance was joined by James, who shared his vision. Over the course of a year, they worked to create what is now known as the ‘Little Giraffes way’ — a childcare model built on our core principles of being safe, open, and fun!
