A leading childcare services provider is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager in Residential Childcare to join their supportive team in the Erewash River Area. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care, lead shifts, and supervise Residential Support Workers. Applicants should have a Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare, at least 3 years of experience in this field, and 2 years in a supervisory role. A full UK driving licence is required.
