Position: Clinical Deputy Manager

Location: Nairn House Care Home, 7 Garnault Rd, Enfield, EN1 4TR.

Employment: Permanent - 40 hours per week.
Monday to Friday. Occasional night visits or weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and assisting all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home.
• With the help of your team, create and update individual care plans for residents, maintaining clear, accurate and up-to-date medication records.
• Ensure adequate staffing is always maintained within the home.
• Provide day to day support and guidance to the team - promoting residents\' independence, choice, and dignity.
• Build lasting relationships with the residents and the people they care about, and foster a sense of community within the home.
• Create and develop strong relationships with local partners, liaising with these partners to raise the care home’s profile in the local area and beyond.
