Job description
Overview

Job Title: Deputy Manager
Location: Melksham, Wiltshire

Salary: £32,552 per annum + £3,120 contracted sleep-in allowance (£35,672 with only 4 sleeps / £40,352 with 10 sleeps) + overtime at £5 extra per hour (£20.65/hr).
Working Hour: 40 hours per week, rolling rota
Hourly Rate: £15.65 (plus £5 per hour for overtime)

Number of Sleeps Required: Minimum 4 per month (more available if desired)
Pay Per Sleep: £65 plus travel allowance
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young People with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

Qualifications Required: Level 3 in Children’s and Young People’s Workforce Qualification (or equivalent in residential childcare)
Experience in Years Required: At least 1 year as a Senior Residential Care Worker in a Children’s Home setting
