Deputy Nurse Manager

Chorley / up to £45,000 / Perm / Days

We are looking for a dynamic Deputy Nurse Manager to join a well-established care service.

This position offers the chance to step into a pivotal leadership role, supporting the Registered Manager and ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice and resident care.

As Deputy Nurse Manager, you'll be at the heart of daily operations - guiding nursing teams, shaping care delivery, and making sure residents feel safe, supported, and valued. You'll act as second-in-command, taking full responsibility whenever the Registered Manager is away.

What's on Offer for the Deputy Manager
  • Contract: 36-48 hours per week
  • Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
  • Additional: Participation in the on-call rota
Duties for the Deputy Manager include
