A childcare provider in Deighton is seeking a motivated Deputy Manager to oversee daily nursery operations and support educational standards. The successful candidate will lead staff, maintain compliance with regulations, and enhance educational practices based on the Curiosity Approach. Applicants should be qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years and possess leadership experience. Competitive salary and professional development opportunities included.
Location: Chestnut Nursery, 2a Chestnut Centre, Deighton HD2 1HJ
Hours: Full-time 40 hours a week, Permanent
Salary: £29,640 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
