What’s the role?
We’re looking for a Deputy Store Manager to join our team in Balham. This is a fast‑paced, results‑driven role where you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, hit key targets, and deliver outstanding customer service every day. When the Store Manager is unavailable, you’ll take full responsibility for the store, leading the team, managing operations, and ensuring every customer leaves delighted. From optimising stock levels to motivating your team to exceed KPIs, you’ll play a pivotal role in the store’s success.
