As the Deputy Head of In‑Service Support (ISS), you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Supporting our customers delivering on their missions and creating a safe and secure world. This programme provides a critical role in connecting our front‑line commands, government partners and allies. It is an important capability for ensuring UK security and prosperity.
Day‑to‑day, you’ll be responsible for driving cohesion of activities across multiple delivery teams, functions and stakeholders to deliver outcomes acting as the right‑hand person of the Head of ISS (In Service Support).
We are on a mission to transform military space communication services for a new era, for new challenges and you'll play a critical leadership role in delivering this transformation, whilst maintaining service commitments and inspiring both existing and a new generation of people and talent.
You’ll support the promotion of our space communication capabilities, working with the Head of Service Delivery, Head of ISS, and the Head of Integration to ensure we maintain the integrity of our service delivery whilst transforming our service for the future.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days onsite and days working from home. You will be required onsite as and when, depending on the business needs.
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
