Job Summary

As Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead at Barchester Healthcare, you will support the delivery of the quality care the organisation is known for. You will work closely with the General Manager and take on leadership duties in their absence, ensuring care standards are met and motivating your multidisciplinary team to help every resident enjoy the best possible quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example, supervise clinical practice and conduct regular audits to monitor standards.

About You (Qualifications)

• Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration.
• Teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification.
• Experience assisting residents with varied health needs and a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
• HR experience, strong knowledge of sales and marketing, understanding of budget management and experience supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship.
