A leading healthcare provider in Surrey is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead the development and maintenance of care and support at Rowland House. You will manage daily operations, support staff development, and ensure high-quality care for service users. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and relevant experience in healthcare. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector would be an advantage, but is not essential.
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS.
  • Flexible in hours to adjust to service needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of care and support within Rowland House.
  • Manage budgetary aspects and day-to-day operations of the service.
  • Ensure staffing levels are maintained to support service users.

Skills

Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
Previous Microsoft Office experience particularly Excel
Ability to take direction and work as part of a small team
Interest in ABI and neurological

Education

LEVEL 3 (senior/supervisor NVQ or equivalent)
