They are looking for a candidate with great people and coaching skills who can motivate their team and drive sales within the business whilst effectively managing stock and still providing a memorable customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be commercially minded and display the ability to be a lead a team of 15‑20 people with experience selling a variety of different product types in a fast‑paced retail environment.

The role is paying up £37, inclusive of bonus.
