Role

As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing business across Surrey, Sussex, and Kent. You will be training, educating and selling a high-quality portfolio of dental products into a mix of NHS and private dental practices, building strong relationships with dentists, clinicians, and practice managers.

Your role will involve maintaining existing accounts while identifying new opportunities, delivering product demonstrations, and ensuring practices gain maximum value from the company’s products. This is a consultative sales role where your clinical knowledge and credibility will be key to building trust with customers.

  • This role is ideally suited to a dental technician who wants to move into a commercial role while still using their technical expertise.
  • The company is particularly keen to hear from candidates with hands-on experience in dental labs or practice-based settings who are now looking to transition into dental sales.
  • You will bring strong technical knowledge of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build professional relationships.
  • Previous sales experience is not essential, but you must be ambitious, commercially minded, and motivated to succeed.
  • A full UK driving licence is required
Package
  • Basic: £35,000 – £45,000 doe
  • OTE: £10,500 bonus + uncapped commission (earn 5% on sales!) paid monthly & quarterly
  • Hybrid car or car allowance £550pcm
  • Benefits: Pension
