A luxury hotel in Rickmansworth is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join their culinary team. This role requires solid experience and a strong command of classic culinary techniques. You will prepare dishes from scratch, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation in a collaborative kitchen environment. Ideal candidates should be passionate about food and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. The position demands 48 hours of work per week on a 5-day rota.
The Glasshouse restaurant is a theatre for food in the heart of the hotel, boasting eight live cooking stations where the chefs will prepare individual dishes to suit our guests taste. Its a celebration of international cuisine, from meat cooked on the robata grill to fresh pasta, salads and speciality Asian and Tandoori delicacies. As a hotel, we take pride in sourcing our food locally and in fact we have our very own kitchen garden filled with fruit, vegetables and herbs right here on site.
Joining us as a Demi Chef de Partie, well need you to come with solid experience, a desire for perfection and a good command of classic culinary techniques. Youll join a team of determined and imaginative chefs, brimming with artistic flair and expert techniques, wholl welcome you into the kitchen and show you the ropes.
Youll work clean and fast, preparing dishes from scratch and providing our guests with taste sensations that will see them returning time and time again.
The hours are 48 hours per week on a 5 day rota.
