Qualifications

  • 5-star hotel experience in a similar role would be a real advantage.
  • Degree or certificate in culinary arts a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, ordering, preparing, and creating delicious dishes.
  • Ensure that presentation, taste, texture, and quality are always maintained.
  • Supervising, leading, and training a team of commis chefs.
  • Ensures all health and safety practices are continually maintained and reported.

Compensation and benefits
  • Salary – £30,420 plus service charge
